You can begin your program the day you register, by following the first prompt to define what crossing strong means to you. From there, each day you'll receive an email with that day's simple yet powerful lifestyle action step. 

With your beautiful companion journal, you'll be prompted on similar actions and challenged to go deeper with others. Just "make a copy" of the Google Doc, and you'll have a fillable journal at your fingertips.

Whether you choose to DIY, or step into DWY with accountability and support from me inside a private online chat room...those 30 days could be life-changing.

FAQ 1 - When does the challenge start?
With both options, your challenge begins the day you register. This can be flexible for you personally, but the email action steps begin right away. But when you take action, and maintain the momentum, can be delayed, if you want to sign up, while it's fresh in your mind..
FAQ 2 - What happens when I sign up?
After the Welcome Page: 
  • DIY - You will receive your first email with an intro, your link to your Challenge Journal, and the Day 1 action step. You will then receive an email with the current day's action step each day following, for the length of the challenge. 
  • DWY - In addition to the above, you will also receive instructions to download the app, if you like. You'll also receive access to the challenge vault, where your personal chat room with me is located. 
FAQ 3 - Do I have any access to you, as my coach during the challenge?
Great question! 
With the DIY program, you do not...until post-challenge. Within the 2-weeks post-challenge, I will contact you personally, via email, to see how things went, how you're doing, and help you commit to next steps to keep walking into the new year.

With the DWY program...you sure do! Inside the challenge vault, is your personal chat room with me. You have 24/7 access to connect. I will always respond to you within 24 hrs, unless you say NRN, which stands for 'no response needed' or NRP, which stands for 'no response please.' One gives me space to respond, but it's not expected. The other is just an FYI for me, but you do not want me to respond. 
FAQ 4 - What happens at the end of the challenge?
For both options, we will connect within the 2 weeks post-challenge. I want to know how you're doing, and make sure you have steps to keep moving forward. Here's what that looks like, depending on which option you choose:
  • DIY - I will contact you via email with a few questions, and really do want you to respond. If you have a couple of questions for me, I'm happy to respond as well. There really only needs to be a couple of back-and-forth to determine where you want to go...next.
  • DWY - You will be prompted to schedule a 20-min Zoom chat with me! We'll use our time wisely to check in with how you're doing, and be clear on where you want to go next...and how. 
FAQ 5 - What if I don't want to start right away? Should I wait to sign up?
Super good questions!
Most of this depends on you. If you're the person who can REMEMBER to signup in a day or two...even a week...it's totally fine to wait. BUT...if you're the person who, when things are out of sight, out of mind...get signed up! LOL 

Because even if you delay starting a few days, or even a week...you'll be getting the daily emails anyway, and you can simply go back to the first email, and start taking the steps day by day...in order. Simple.

With the DWY option, if you need to delay your start, you are required to let me know inside the chat space, exactly...EXACTLY when you'll start. You'll have up to a one-week delay. This is to ensure that we're on the same page, because again, you'll begin receiving the emails immediately.
