Your 5-Minute Pause Guide Is On Its Way

Thank you for saying yes to a little breathing room. I just sent the guide to your inbox, so it should be waiting for you in the next few minutes.

Go ahead and finish your coffee first. The pause will still be there.

Three Simple Steps, No Homework Pile

You already have plenty on your plate, so I kept this light. Here's how to get from your inbox to your first steady moment.

01

Check Your Inbox

Look for an email from me, Deni Carruth, with your guide inside. If it's hiding, peek in your promotions or spam folder and drag it into your main inbox so we stay connected.

02

Spot Your Five Minutes

Glance at today's calendar and find one gap between meetings. It doesn't need to be perfect or quiet. The space right after a call ends works beautifully.

03

Take the Pause

Open the guide, follow along right at your desk, and notice how your next hour feels. Most people are surprised how much can shift in such a small window.

A Quick Note From Deni

I'm Really Glad You're Here

If you're anything like the leaders I work with, you probably have a stack of self-care books on the nightstand and a to-do list that keeps winning. I've been there, meditating while mentally rearranging tomorrow's schedule. We can laugh about it, because it's so common.

This guide is my way of handing you something small that actually fits into a full day. Slowing down for five minutes won't make you lose your momentum. It tends to give you steadier footing for whatever comes next.

Over the next few days, I'll send a couple of short emails with ideas for making the pause feel natural. Keep an eye out for them.

While Your Email Arrives

Try a 60-Second Warm-Up

Set your phone face down and let your shoulders drop an inch. Take three slow breaths, making each exhale a little longer than the breath in.

Then look around and notice one small thing you'd normally rush past. Maybe it's the light on your desk, the warmth of your mug, or the sound of someone laughing down the hall.

That's it. You just practiced BEing in the middle of your DOing, and your guide will walk you a few steps further.

Didn't Get the Email?

Give it about ten minutes, then check your spam, promotions, or updates folders. If it still hasn't shown up, send me a note at deni@denicarruth.com and I'll make sure it reaches you.

Thanks again for making a little room for yourself today. Keep walking.
