Why I’m Sharing a Spicy Green Smoothie Recipe (Yes, Really!)
If you’ve been following along here in The Bridge Guide, you’ve gotten used to me talking about lifestyle strategies, living authentically, crossing bridges with purpose, and all the rest.

But today?

We’re talking about a smoothie. A Fiery Green Smoothie, to be exact.

Here’s the thing: sometimes life needs a little disruption...a small pattern interrupt…to wake us up and remind us it’s meant to be tasted, lived, and shared. And what better way to do that than with a smoothie that’s equal parts fresh, tropical, and unexpectedly fiery?

Why? Because sometimes the best way to disrupt the chaos of life is to shake things up…and I mean literally. It’s time to blend the predictable with the…surprise.  πŸ˜‰

This smoothie isn’t just tasty, it's good for you. It’s packed with fresh greens, healthy fats, tropical sweetness, and a surprise kick that’ll wake up your taste buds (hello, jalapeño).

It’s perfect for sharing, whether that’s with your better half, your partner, your kids (taste it first!), or your best friend who keeps claiming they “don’t like green drinks.” Ha!

Here’s the recipe. No opt-in. No download. Just because I think you’ll love it. You’re welcome!

Fiery Green Smoothie (Serves 2)

Ingredients:
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 4 tbsp. fresh cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 5.8 oz. (165g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cucumber, cubed
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 0.7 oz. (20g) kale
  • 2 slices raw jalapeño (not pickled! πŸ˜†)
Instructions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture equally into two glasses and serve immediately.
There ya go!

Fresh. Simple. Zesty. Spicy.

Okay…here’s the real point: this isn’t just about blending fruits and greens. I know. 😎

It’s about trying something a little different, sharing it with someone, and letting small "disruptions" (changes in disguise) bring you a little more JOY (and maybe a laugh or two when the jalapeño heat kicks in).

Because here’s the thing:

Just because you have routines, doesn’t mean life always has to be predictable. 😁

So, grab your blender, make this smoothie, and share it with someone you care about. Because sometimes the tiniest pattern interrupts…like jalapeños in a green smoothie…are what make life feel a little more alive. πŸ‘©πŸΎ‍🀝‍πŸ‘©πŸΌ
